Photo competition: join in!
Special Münster University architecture: this is the motto of a photo competition being organised by the University’s Communications and Public Relations Department, which is calling on all members, students, alumni and friends of the University to join in. An unusual façade or a particular flight of stairs (as in this picture taken in the Heereman’scher Hof) – there is a lot to discover in the University’s 250 or so buildings. Some things only become visible when seen from an unusual angle. Be creative and show us your own particular angle on Münster University’s architecture! We will select the best photos from all those submitted to the pressestelle@uni-muenster.de or posted on Instagram with the hashtag #wwuarchitekturfoto. Latest date for entries is 31 August 2022.
The main prize is a meal voucher from the Studierendenwerk’s “Hier & Jetzt” café. We will also be printing the winning photo on canvas. The Rectorate is also contributing two Münster University rucksacks as prizes. The University bookshop “Krüper” is donating two University T-shirts and two University coffee mugs.
All participants (please provide your first name and your family name, as well as your relationship with the University!) agree to have their photos published in the University newspaper “wissen|leben”, as well as on the homepage and on social media. The names of the winners will be announced in the University newspaper and on the homepage in October.
