How much does it cost to make a B/W copy or print-out?
Students are required to pay € 0.04 for B/W copies and print-outs in DIN A4 format and € 0.08 in DIN A3 format.
How much does it cost to make a colour copy or print-out?
Students are required to pay € 0.08 for colour copies and print-outs in DIN A4 format and € 0.16 in DIN A3 format.
How much does it cost to scan?
Document-scanning is free of charge at the University of Münster.
Where do I get paper?
The MCM service staff [de] is normally responsible for ordering paper. Paper can be ordered by sending a special order form to the Ricoh company.
Where do I get toner?
When the toner cartridge starts to run low, the machine automatically sends an order for new toner to the Ricoh company.
What machines are included in the copy supply contract? Are there different classes?
The devices are manufactured by Ricoh. All the machines are colour copiers.
Generally speaking, the contract stipulates that Ricoh provide three separate classes of machines:
- medium performance class (<= 3,000 copies/month): Ricoh Aficio MP C2051
- higher performance class (3,000 to 15,000 copies/month): Ricoh Aficio MP C3002
- superior performance class (> 15,000 copies/month): Ricoh Aficio MP C4502
