Themen:	Legal and tax advice on research projects funded under public law (EU, DFG, BMBF, etc.) and private law with third-party funds, from the time of initiation to the utilisation of the research results. Draft, design, review and signature of corresponding agreements and contracts. Legal advice for the following areas: Public procurement and construction law, EU competition law, budgetary law, intellectual property and copyright law, foundation law, IT law.
