Skaten statt Ritalin - ADHD Study
We are looking for a bachelor/master student of Movement Science with an interest in psychomotor learning and development. Experience with Qualisys is beneficial, however, not mandatory.
Background and aim
In the current study, ‘Skaten statt Ritalin’, we investigate the influence of exercise, in particular skateboarding, on the behavior of children with ADHD. The children perform different motor skills tests as well as psychological tests before and after skating, which are performed in the OpenLab. The aim of this study is to promote exercise as a form of treatment without the use of medicine. This project is a collaboration between Skate Aid, the district government of Münster and the University Clinic Münster (UKM).
