The KeyAccess client software must be installed in order to run software on the Mac. If this client is not installed, the software will not start and the following error message will appear:

Since there are only limited licenses of each software available in the NWZ, it can happen under circumstances that no license is free for you when calling a software. In this case a message appears with the following message:
As soon as a license becomes available for you, you will be informed by the following message:
If you click on "Reserve", the released license will be reserved for you. If you do not start the program within five minutes, the license will be released again.
