Staff mobility

All employees of the University of Münster of all contract types have the opportunity to undertake various teaching and research stays worldwide. Further information can be found here.
Here you will find the active inter-institutional agreements (IIAs) of the University of Music Münster with universities abroad. If you are interested in a stay at a university with which there is no active agreement, we will be happy to endeavour to renew or initiate the partnership. If you have any questions, please contact the Study Coordination Office.
In addition, students have the opportunity to apply for a study placement at selected universities worldwide through the University of Münster’s Central Study Abroad Programme (CeSAP). As part of this programme, the University of Münster has concluded exchange agreements with universities worldwide at a central level. Further information and a list of these universities can be found here: https://www.uni-muenster.de/studium/outgoing/weltweit/index.html
It is also possible for employees of the Münster University of Music to complete a stay abroad as part of the Erasmus+ program. Further information can be found on the respective page of the International Office under STA: Lecturer mobility for academics and STT: Continuing and further education mobility for non-academic staff.

Who can apply?
How do I apply?
Staff mobility is mainly handled by the International Office. The Study Coordination Office takes care of the contract with the host university. We are also happy to assist with the application process. Please contact us at studienkoordination.mhs@uni-muenster.de.
If you are interested in a stay at a host university that is not on the list of partner institutions, please contact the Study Coordination Office at least three months before your planned stay.
In addition, the deadlines of the International Office must always be met.
