Rapoport Zink spaces are fundamental in the study of Shimura varieties of PEL type. In this talk I prove flatness of the Rapoport Zink space for the unitary group in dimension six and signature two. I also give a description of its irreducible components in terms of Deligne Lusztig varieties and an interpretation of the EKOR stratification.
