Recently Fargues and Scholze constructed a semi-simple Weil parameter attached to a smooth admissible representation of a p-adic reductive group, giving a general candidate for local Langlands correspondence after semi-simplification. It is natural to ask if this construction is compatible with known instances of the Langlands correspondence. The aim of the talk is to give an investigation of this question for unitary groups.
