Equipment of NMR department

The NMR laboratory of Organic Chemistry is furnished with a wide range of equipment, creating the opportunity for a large variety of different NMR experiments to be carried out. Below, a list of NMR spectrometers with their specific accessories and capabilities is detailed. Further, specialized NMR experiments can be performed on request.

  • DD2 600 (Agilent)

    Topics:

    • 8 am - 20 pm: 1H-, 19F{1H}-, 31P{1H}- and 11B{1H}-spectra
    • 20 pm - 8 am and on the weekend:  in addition 13C{1H}, DEPT

    Operation mode:

    • Open access for trained group members of OC
    • Set up of night measurements: not before 7 am!
    • Remove samples from completed measurements that belong to your group
    • Delete completed measurements from the autosampler queue after removing the samples

    Technical support:

    • Completed by the coworkers of the NMR department. In return, the spectrometer is available for service measurements, if other spectrometer are out of order.
