Dr. Julia Squarr

Dr. Squarr is a biologist by training having completed a PhD in cell and developmental biology before moving into scientific publishing. Nowadays she’s a publishing professional and currently working as Associate Publisher at PLOS leading strategic data-driven journal and portfolio development across Life, Health, and Planetary Sciences and advancing Open Science principles and practices to make research and publishing more transparent and equitable. She is open for questions about how do you get published and about her personal career.
