Library Committee

The Library Committee mainly addresses matters related to the University Library (ULB). Consequently, ULB representatives report to the Library Committee on current developments and occasional problems facing the ULB. In recent years, these have concerned budgetary issues, building projects and digitalisation. The committee members discuss these matters, whereby the various perspectives of the respective faculties are considered, along with those of the student body and the academic and non-academic staff. The discussions occasionally result in the committee recommending measures to the University Senate. The committee normally meets once a semester.
