IT Committee
The IT Committee is responsible for ensuring the user-friendly and economic operation of the IT system as a whole and makes the necessary fundamental and individual decisions. It is supported by three thematic working groups (Research & IT, Study and Teaching & IT, Administration & IT). The IT Committee has been directly assigned to the Rectorate and Senate.
IT Governance Regulation (Date 05.09.2024)
The IT Committee consists of the following persons with voting rights:
- the Rector or a Vice-Rector
- the Head of Administration
- the Chief Information Officer (CIO)
- one person appointed by the Rectorate for two years
- one representative per status group elected by the Senate
- one chair of each of the three working groups
The IT Committee includes in an advisory capacity:
- the Data Protection Officer
- the CISO
- the management of the ULB
- the management of the CIT
- the chair of the IT management board
