The Graduate School Practices of Literature is currently unable to offer any scholarships. Thus, (prospective) students are required to find and secure suitable funding themselves. Applying for funding and for admission to the GSPoL can be done simultaneously, and after admission, the coordination office will offer additional support. If there is funding available through the GSPoL, it will be announced on our website.

From 2015 to 2020, the GSPoL was funded by the Graduate School Scholarship Programme (GSSP) of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD). In cooperation with the DAAD, we were able to award scholarships to international doctoral candidates each year, with the last DAAD fellows starting their PhD studies in the winter semester 2020/2021.
