Freshmen Orientation Week

The orientation week takes place during the first week of the winter term and helps freshmen integrate into the day-to-day life of a student, get to know Münster University, and clarify questions revolving around the process and organization of the study program. The people in charge of orientation week are the study coordinator and the student body of the faculty (Fachschaft Geschichte). Introduction for Freshmen

The introductory event is obligatory for all freshmen! In this session, the different study regulations and program-specific modules are presented, and students are divided into groups for their seminars. Participation is required for the drawing-up of the students’ individual timetable. The date of the introductory event will be published on our welcome page and in the calendar. Introduction for Master students

For first-year Master students, an introductory event takes place at the beginning of each term. The program advisors for the subject area of history provide basic information on the possibility of specialization, the practical module and study organization. There is a separate session for Bachelor students.
