Discussion on "Achieving gender balance in science" with Prof. Eva Maria Feichtner. She is the founder and co-director of ALTA - Institute for Algebra, Geometry, Topology and their Applications at the University of Bremen, where she was also the vice president of internationalization and diversity until last year. This talk is part of the discussion forum "Achieving gender balance in science" which is an initiative of the Institute for Organic Chemistry at University of Münster. The forum aims to address questions of gender balance in science and in particular career and life planning of women in academic careers. Speakers usually share their own career path and experiences in a short presentation, followed by a detailed Q&A session.
