Zoom-Meeting: https://wwu.zoom.us/j/97461739978 Abstract: In this talk, we introduce a scattering asymmetry which measures the failure for a domain on a Riemann surface to have rotationally invariant scattering data. We prove a quantitative isoperimetric inequality involving the scattering asymmetry and characterize the domains with vanishing scattering asymmetry by their rotational symmetry.
