In my talk I will speak about several asymptotic results related to the famous indian genius Ramanujan who unfortunately died at the very young age of 32. I will consider various generating functions and explain how modularity (in the widest sense) helps to make asymptotic statements. In particular I will focus on 4 classes of functions: modular forms, mock modular forms, mixed mock modular forms and non-modular forms.
