Research Topic

My research project deals with the identification of promiscuous scaffolds and fragments based on the analysis of bioactivity data and protein complex structures. The aim of the project is the identification of examples of promiscuous scaffolds and their promiscuous binding environment in order to use these fragments as starting point for fragment-based design of ligands for proteins that contain the identified specific binding environment.
