Company-based apprenticeship for gardener with ornamental plant culture
The Botanical Garden educates gardeners in the field of ornamental horticulture. During the training, the apprentices are trained in all areas of the garden. Both in the field and in the greenhouses, they are introduced to the various activities that are part of the job profile. The work includes cultivation, propagation, cultural work, use and arrangement of plants and plant protection. In order to get an idea of the diverse spectrum of activities, an internship is recommended. As a rule of thumb, the Botanical Garden accepts one trainee per year. Applications for the following year will be accepted from August onwards.
