Congratulations! Cordula Kurth successfully finished her Bachelor studies in Business Administration at the Fachhochschule Münster

Today, our secretary-and-foreign-language-correspondent-turned-project-manager Cordula Kurth was awarded the certificate for the successful completion of her studies so that now, she also formally has the qualifications of a business administrator. We are not surprised. In fact, Cordula has been managing multiple parallel projects for our group and that of our colleague Prof. Dirk Prüfer, lately also for Prof. Moerschbacher’s successor, Prof. Till Ischebeck. At the university, it is the professors who are supposed to run and manage their projects, just supported by a little help from the secretaries. In theory. In reality, that’s not how it works (of course not: imagine a professor organizing all the formalities and administrative necessities of a complex project, and in time – a nightmare!). Especially not with two large research groups like ours and the Prüfers. At the best of times, we were close to 100 people together, almost all of them financed by third-party projects! Easily more than a dozen projects in parallel. It takes a Cordula to manage that. And everyone in our groups can at all times rely on her. She has her eyes on everything, and her mind. With her certificate in hand, the world now also knows what we have known all along, from practical experience: Nothing beats Cordula! – Cordula, we are proud of you!
