As an in-house agency of the University of Münster, we offer its institutions digital and analogue communication from a single source: consulting and concept, production and publication. Our services are customised to the respective requirements: From flyers, roll-ups, infographics and posters to campaigns, exhibition or conference design, complete websites, support in science communication and comprehensive communication strategies. Additionally, the university marketing targets both external and internal audiences with various offerings. These include: media, corporate design templates, campus advertising, and merchandising.

Communication design

The Web and Design department offers the entire spectrum of a design agency, from planning to printing. We correctly apply the university's corporate design when designing products. Together with Marketing, we develop and monitor a standardised image, illustration and graphic language.

Websites

The digital portfolio of the Web and Design Unit includes corporate websites and corporate project websites for the numerous institutions of the University of Münster. Web and Design also develops and operates the content and design of the university's homepage and intranet.

University marketing

Through various media, corporate design templates, conference materials, merchandising, or campus advertising, the university becomes visible both internally and externally.

Our guidelines

  • We support the university in achieving its goals. We increase the visibility of the interdisciplinary research and profile focal points with our resources and provide professional support for university and science communication.
  • The university development plan and the university's transfer, internationalisation, diversity and sustainability strategies provide the framework for our actions.
  • By consistently implementing diversity-sensitive written language and the (further) development and use of non-discriminatory and gender-equitable visual language, we implement the Equal Opportunity Framework Plan of the University.
