"CELLS IN MOTION" evaluation project

In August 2015 ZEUGS was tasked with the conduction of a study to evaluate the gender and diversity measures of the Cells-in-Motion Cluster of Excellence (CiM) of the University of Münster which “investigates cellular dynamics relevant for the development, homeostasis and pathologies of the vascular and nervous systems”. The study seeks to obtain insights about the visibility and efficiency of the supportive measures of CiM regarding gender equality, interdisciplinarity and internationality. For this purpose 30 interviews with CiM scientists at different stages in their career were conducted. The results of the study will be presented by the end of February 2016.
