At this year's 55th annual meeting of the Working Group for Sport Psychology in Stuttgart, Prof. Bernd Strauß was awarded the asp's Hermann -Rieder honorary pin. He received this award for many years of service to sport psychology after giving a senior lecture on "Sport psychology in crisis: the problem with forecasts and the home field advantage - a contribution to the discussion on the development of national and international sport psychology".
