When we’re there for you

  • During the semester (week view)

    During the semester, we are available for you at the following dates in the student council office  IG12 (Wilhelm-Klemm-Strasse 10). The attendance dates can be found in the attendance schedule. In addition, the specialists in the presence service can also be reached via our telephone. Of course, it can always be that an appointment is cancelled or the times are not perfectly adhered to. We ask for your understanding if there are restrictions or changes to the attendance plan at short notice and unforeseeable.

    Often we can also be found outside the “fixed” attendance hours, e.g. during lunchtime. Just pay attention to the on/off sign (or light in the compartment).

    Note: At the beginning of the semester, this schedule is unfortunately always quite empty, as we do not know our exact schedules yet. At the latest after 1-2 weeks, the attendance schedule is then filled. The above advice also applies during this time, i.e. it may very well be that you meet someone on a random visit.

  • During the semester break

    During the lecture-free period we are available for you at the following dates in the student council office IG12 (Wilhelm-Klemm-Strasse 10). We offer all appointments both in person and online via Zoom. You can join via this link: Zoom-Link student council (Meeting ID: 694 2276 1593, passcode: 205327). Of course, it can always be that an appointment is cancelled or the times are not perfectly adhered to. We ask for your understanding if there are restrictions or changes to the attendance plan at short notice and unforeseeable.

    Note: Even if there is no name entered for an individual date yet, that doesn’t mean that you won’t find anyone in the student council office! During the semester break, we commit ourselves so that all the listed dates are taken care of – even if the details are sometimes worked out only “at the last minute” ;-)
