Closing conference: Wet forests and climate change – current state and future developments

The final conference of the “Fit for climate change” project will be held on the 15th and 16th of February 2018 at the Institute for Landscape Ecology. Results of the project will be presented and external experts will supply context to these results at the conference. The research project monitored measures to adapt wet forests to climate change taken in the south of Münster since 2014.

Researchers, practitioners and other interested parties are invited to discuss new findings and to cast a look into the future of oak forests. Besides presentations and discussion, excursions to the Daver, the Hohe Ward and the Venner Moor will be part of the conference.
