The Library at the Department of Communication provides relevant academic resources to help communication students access the information they need.
One of the most important components of studying communication is comprehensive access to resources for communication and media. Thanks to the vast electronic collections, a broad array of publications in the field of communication studies can be accessed at the Communication Library. The ULB’s extensive Newspaper Archive has been moved to another building.
The The Center for Media Practices helps students to gain practical experience in order to prepare them for professional careers in newspaper, television, publishing, and public relations in public and private sectors.
The Center for Media Practices at the Department of Communication serves as a bridge between theory and practice. The main purpose of the lab is to help undergraduate students develop high quality media productions. It also supports research and teaching at the Department by providing a comprehensive infrastructure. Moreover, it has the task of making new contacts and maintaining existing ones in the communication economy.
