Document browser

Alongside the categories menu, the document browser is one of the most important tools for getting an overview of the website and organizing it. All pages of the website, the documents, can be selected and edited here. The document browser provides a direct overview of which category the document (page) belongs to.

Using the menu interface, new documents can be created, deleted, republished and the meta information retrieved. New sections can also be easily created, deleted and edited here. The browser also offers the option of jumping directly to the archive versions of the documents in the selected category.

Delete / Delete live

Any document can be deleted "live" here. It will then no longer be found in the live view. The document remains in the development system and can still be found and edited in the document browser. The document can also be made live again directly via "Publish". You can also "Delete" the document directly from the document browser, whereby it disappears completely from the development system and can therefore no longer be found in the browser. If you do not check the box when deleting that the archive version should also be deleted, you can still find the document in the archive. The archive for a category or document can also be called up directly via the submenus (see screenshot).

You can also execute all these options for several documents at the same time by selecting several documents and then executing one of the actions.
