2003-10-20 GSC-MS and Sigma-Aldrich organize first joint Workshop on Materials Chemistry
The first Workshop on Materials Chemistry organized jointly by the NRW Graduate School of Chemistry and Sigma-Aldrich was held at Münster on September 08.-10., 2003. Invited plenary speakers were Dr. J.A.A. Alonso (Madrid), Dr. C. Feldmann (Aachen), Prof. F. Schüth (Mülheim), Dr. H. Huppertz (München), and Prof. H. Lueken (Aachen). In addition, oral and poster presentations were given by PhD students. The Workshop, accommodation and lunch were free of charge for registered participants. PhD students were invited to submit a contribution. The large number of contributed papers, and the discussions at the meeting have made the first event of this kind very successful.
