The Nash category is in between the real algebraic and real analytic category. I will discuss Nash groups (i.e. group objects in the category of Nash manifolds), identify the “affine“ Nash groups, give examples of “nonafine Nash groups“ and discuss the possibility of explicitly describing all Nash groups.
