Concept

The Forum will address legal personhood – and related concepts such as legal capacity, status, and legal subjectivity – from historical and contemporary perspectives. Across different times and regions, experts from various disciplines will examine legal personhood, its theoretical and practical foundations, the interests underlying its configuration, and how the law has approached the issues of unity and pluralism regarding legal personhood.
