Wenn Sie sich auf dem Online-Bewerbungsportal des Fachbereichs Chemie und Pharmazie der WWU Münster anmelden,
werden Ihre Daten auf Rechnern der Universität Münster ausschließlich zum Zwecke der Bewerbungssichtung
gespeichert. Wir verarbeiten hierbei folgende Daten:
A) Stammdaten
- Vorname und Nachname
- Akademischer Titel
- Geschlecht
- E-Mail-Adresse
B) Bewerbungsdaten
- Geburtsdatum
- weitere Adressdaten
- weitere Angaben zu Ihrem persönlichen Bewerbungsprofil, die für die zu besetzende Stelle von Belang sind
Diese Angaben werden ausschließlich zum Zwecke der Besetzung ausgeschriebener Stellen im
Fachbereich Chemie und Pharmazie verwertet und nicht an Dritte weitergegeben.
Ihre oben genannten personenbezogenen Bewerbungsdaten (B) werden so lange gespeichert, wie sie für die zu
besetzende Stelle benötigt werden (Aufbewahrungsfrist nach Besetzung der Stelle maximal 6 Monate).
Mit der Abgabe einer Bewerbung akzeptieren Sie diese Datenspeicherung und die
Datenschutzerklärung der Universität Münster.
Ihre Stammdaten (A) bleiben in Ihrem persönlichen Nutzerkonto solange erhalten, bis Sie diese in Ihrem
Profil selbst löschen. Zum Löschen loggen Sie sich bitte ein und klicken Sie auf den Button
„Konto löschen“. Mit dem Löschen Ihres Kontos werden auch alle Ihre Daten und
sämtliche Uploads aus dem System entfernt.
Data protection policy
When you register at this online application platform of the Department of Chemistry and Pharmacy of the University of Münster,
your data will be stored on computer systems of this university, and they will only be used for the selection process. We process
the following data:
A) Registration Data
- given name and surname
- academic title
- gender
- e-mail adress
B) Application Data
- date of birth
- additional address data
- other data in your personal application profile, which are relevant for the position you apply for
These data will be used exclusively for the purpose of the selection process, and they will not be forwarded to other individuals or institutions.
Your personal application data (B) will be stored as long as they are needed for the selection process (not longer than 6 months beyond the date,
when the selection process has been finalized). Your registration data (A) will remain in your personal account on our server. You may delete your
account any time. To do so, please login your account and click the button "delete account". This will remove all of your entries from the system,
including file uploads. By your registration and submission of application data you accept this data storage and the
data protection policy of the university of Münster.
