The Network of Brazilian researchers in Germany, APOENA, invites you to the 3rd meeting of the Brazilian diaspora for science and innovation of NRW on 6 March 2026 at the University of Bonn. The event offers Brazilian researchers from all disciplines an opportunity to exchange ideas, network, and build bridges between Germany and Brazil.

Opened by the University of Bonn’s Vice Rector for International Affairs, the programme includes presentations on Brazil-related activities at the University of Bonn and on the topic “The strategic potential of the scientific diaspora: social, economic and scientific”, as well as two themed panel discussions on “Ethics in research” and “Agriculture and the Earth”. Prof. Marcel Stadnik, holder of a CAPES Visiting Professorship at the University of Bonn, will participate in the latter.
