In the fourth part of the 4th of the public lecture series “ZIN-Brotzeitkolloquium” on 27 June 2019 from 12:15 - 13:45 (seminar room JUR 2, Johannisstr. 14-16), ZIN junior scholar Tobias Gumbert (WWU Muenster) will talk about sustainable alternatives to food waste in Muenster.
