Meet Us at the First Hannover Messe Digital Edition

MEET is Part of the Joint Booth of North Rhine-Westphalia

How can industry and science cooperate with MEET Battery Research Center? What innovative approaches and projects in battery materials and production research as well as in the field of recycling is MEET currently pursuing? The experts of MEET Battery Research Center address these and other questions at the first Hannover Messe Digital Edition from 12 to 16 April 2021. As part of the joint digital booth of North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) entitled "Key Technologies and New Materials", MEET focuses on both the optimisation of proven lithium-ion technology and the development of sustainable battery systems of the future – since they are considered a key successor for the urgently needed energy and transport turnaround.

Broad Exhibitor and Conference Programme

Focusing on “Industrial Transformation”, industry and science will present the latest technologies and ideas for factories, energy systems and supply chains of the future at the Hannover Messe. In addition to numerous exhibitors, an extensive conference programme provides insights into trends and future topics of the industry. The Hannover Messe is traditionally opened by German Chancellor Dr Angela Merkel.

Every year, the Hannover Messe focuses on a partner country. This year with Indonesia, the world's leading industrial technology fair features a country that belongs to the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and has the biggest economy within the group.
