Audiotour "Art on Campus"

The team at the Central Custody is developing an audio tour for Open Monument Day 2025 “Valuable – Monuments as part of history and identity”.

The link can be found here from September 14, 2025 (up until now the audio is only available in German).

The campus of Münster University is not only home to many listed buildings, but also numerous works of art. Some of these are registered as individual monuments in the list of monuments, others are assigned to listed buildings as "Kunst am Bau" (art for buildings). In addition, there are numerous works from the context of sculpture projects exhibitions. Whether already recognized as a monument or not - each is valuable in its own way and significant for the history and identity of the university. The audio tour invites you to discover this special dimension of the campus.

We have created the tour for you on the izi-travel platform. The tour is free of charge!
Currently, the tour is only available in German. However, we expect to be able to add an English version in the course of October.
