Constitutional Moot Court 2023

This year, the Constitutional Moot Court (VMC) will take place again. This is a competition of the Faculty of Law for Students of the first to fourth semester, in which the participants in teams of four plead against each other in a simulated trial before the Federal Constitutional Court.

The information event will take place on 13.04.23 at 18:15 in the BB401 (Bispinghof 2). The competition begins with a preliminary round on Friday, 09. June 2023 and ends with semi-finals and finals on Saturday, the 10th. June 2023.

Students have the unique opportunity to present their legal knowledge and their negotiating skills orally at this early stage of their studies. The VMC is evaluated by Professor:innen, Richter:innen, Anwält:innen and research assistants. The participating students are supported in the preparation for the Moot Court with a research workshop and a rhetoric workshop. There are also many prizes waiting for the best teams!
