The particular challenge of Moot Courts lies in analyzing the case from two diametrically opposed perspectives.

During the court hearing itself, both teams present their arguments before a panel of judges composed of legal practitioners, often judges themselves. Here, it is crucial to argue with legal rigor, present convincingly, and respond spontaneously to questions. The team that earns the most points for legal argumentation and presentation wins; the best speaker is also selected.
