Since 2009, the WWU IT runs an annual survey among all its users to evaluate and improve the range and quality of the services offered. The objective is to optimally adapt the university’s IT infrastructure to the user's needs. Over the years, the user survey has always been an important stimulus for the development of the WWU IT’s service spectrum:
