We are happy to announce that the Morphology Days in the Low Countries 2023 (MiLC 2023) will take place on 5-6 October 2023. After recent editions in Leeuwarden (2013), Leuven (2015), Louvain-la-Neuve (2017) and an online edition in Utrecht (2020), the Morphology Days now leave the Low Countries to be organized in Münster (Germany), 60 km across the German-Dutch border.
The Morphology Days will take place in the ‘Haus der Niederlande’ (Alter Steinweg 6/7, 48145 Münster, Germany), in the very heart of Münster.
Call for papers
We are planning an on-site event, but leave open the possibility of organizing an online session if there is sufficient demand. We invite contributions dealing with all issues in morphology, irrespective of the languages that are studied, and theoretical frameworks or methods that are adopted. We welcome contributions in the form of regular 30-minute presentations or posters, in Dutch or English.
Please send your anonymous abstract to firstname.lastname@example.org. Abstracts should be no longer than 500 words (including examples, but excluding bibliography), and be submitted in both .pdf and an editable format (e.g., .docx). Submissions are limited to a maximum of one individual and one joint abstract per author for the entire 2 day-event. Please indicate whether your paper is to be considered for a regular presentation or a poster, and if you would prefer to take part in an online session if we decide to organize one.
The deadline for abstract submission is 1 July 2023. Notifications of decisions will be sent out by 15 July.
