Consultation hours: Students wishing to make appointments for with professors, lecturers and other staff for consultation should register first with the secretariat either by phone or in person. Students wishing to cancel appointments should inform the secretariat on time, mainly via email. Otherwise a new appointment may only be possible after consultation with the professor or lecturer involved.
