Current Call for Papers

Open Call for Papers 2026

The open-access journal „Sociology and Sustainability – Contribtutions for the socio-ecological transformation research“ (SuN) invites the submission of article proposals as part of an open call for papers. Submissions may address the full range of sociological sustainability and transformation research.

Proposals for contributions to the SuN blog (www.sun-blog.org) are also welcome. The blog publishes reviews and replies to recent publications in the fields of environmental sociology, social-ecological transformation research, and sustainability research, as well as conference reports or essays. Blog contributions undergo an editorial review.

Please submit abstracts (maximum 500 words incl. spaces) as a PDF document by e-mail to
sun.redaktion@uni-muenster.de ein. The deadline for the submission of abstracts is 30 April 2026.
