Love Replications Week, Partnerships, and Initial Editorial Assessment

Love Replications Week: Registration is now open for the Love Replications Week. Among many other contributions, there will be a dedicated Replication Journal Showcase where the journals Rescience C, Rescience X, the Journal of Comments and Replications in Economics, the Journal of Robustness Reports, the Journal of Open Psychology Data, and Replication Research will be presented.

Partnerships: MetaROR provides a platform that leverages the publish-review-curate (PRC) model. We are now a partner of MetaROR. This means that, similarly to PCI recommendations, we commit to using MetaROR review reports to offer a streamlined experience to authors. R2 is also a partner of the curated data repository Tromso Repository of Language and Linguistics (TROLLing), which we recommend for authors who submit research from the field of linguistics, and the Journal of Comments and Replications in Economics (JCRe), which, unlike us, publishes replications from the field of economics and has several years of experience in diamond open access publishing. Initial Editorial Assessment: After having already received multiple submissions, we have documented and published the procedure that all submissions undergo before peer-review.
