Codex TR-Iüne 204-2: Transcription: Instrumental Pieces, Transcription: Vocal Pieces and Commentary

Codex TR-Iüne 204-2 is a rich and wide-ranging music collection, comprising 48 instrumental and 116 vocal works across 212 pages. Compiled in the second half of the nineteenth century by an anonymous scribe, it preserves a remarkable—at times even unique—selection of both old and newly composed pieces of Ottoman art music.
