Diversity in pedagogical fields of action

 

The research area Live.Diversity examines the concept of diversity and focuses on the recognition and appreciation of diverse social and individual aspects, as well as power asymmetries and discrimination mechanisms.

The goal is to combine and network different research approaches to promote theoretical discourse and empirical findings. Through this, both differences and similarities, as well as their reciprocal relationships, will be considered. Additionally, this project looks at how equality of opportunity and diversity-sensitive action can be applied in pedagogical contexts.
