Our interdisciplinary team develops imaging methods allowing to visualize molecular processes inside organisms, tissues and cells. With the help of imaging we study vascular, inflammatory, infectious and neurodegenerative diseases, and cancer but also the development of blood and lymphatic vessels.
ESMI appoints Prof. Dr. Andreas Jacobs as an honorary member
The European Society for Molecular Imaging (ESMI) has appointed Andreas Jacobs, Professor of Target Biology and Chemistry at our institute, as an honorary member during its annual symposium in Göttingen. The society thus honors Jacobs’ long-standing activities within ESMI in the field of molecular imaging. Congratulations!
