We regularly train medical students in lectures and seminars. This is part of the clinical curriculum of medical students at Münster University and integrated into the “Imaging Methods, Radiation Treatment and Radiation Protection” training.
At the University of Münster, medical students can gain an additional expertise in biomedical research. In the study programme entitled “Experimental Medicine”, medical students are introduced to experimental lab work and biomedical research. EIMI contributes to this programme.
Once a year, our interdisciplinary team gives an introduction to state-of-the-art methods of mouse imaging. The five-day workshop comprises basics and hands-on of a broad range of modern imaging methods – from μPET/μSPECT, μCT and μMRT to ultrasound and optical imaging.
