A.3.4 Working Across Cultures – Perspectives from Africa

In today's globalised job market, the ability to collaborate across cultural boundaries is essential. This seminar offers you a unique opportunity to explore intercultural collaboration with a focus on African professional contexts. On the first day, African Career Service experts provide hands-on input on working and negotiating in international settings. You will engage in practical exercises that challenge you to navigate cultural differences. On the second day, you will systematically reflect on these experiences and develop transferable strategies for your professional future.

How can I earn credit points?

To earn credit points for a Career Service course, you must write a reflection (three pages) after participating and submit it to the Career Service by Sunday, February 28, 2027, at the latest. Important information about the reflection can be found on the Career Service website under ”QISPOS & SLcM”: https://uni.ms/6g3rh

 

How do I register?

You must register for the events online with the Career Service: https://sso.uni-muenster.de/CareerService/php/wise_anmeldung.php?vid=A.3.4

If you wish to earn credit points for the course, you may also need to register in QISPOS or SLcM during the central registration period.

The Career Service cannot add you to QISPOS or SLcM retroactively. Your credits can only be recorded if you have registered with us and in QISPOS or SLcM in a timely manner. Please pay attention to the registration deadlines.

 

How do I cancel my registration?

If you have made a binding registration and are unable to attend the event, please cancel your registration with the Career Service well in advance: www.uni-muenster.de/CareerService/Abmeldung
