A.2.4 Preparing, Organizing and Reflecting – How to Do an Internship: Use Our E-Learning-Tool “Ten Steps for an Internship” (2 credit points)

For many students, internships in Germany and abroad are part of the study experience. Due to insufficient preparation or a lack of reflection, many students do not fully apply the benefits of this practical experience to their self-development and career orientation. This course aims to increase the quality of your internship. Use our online course to prepare for and carry out your internship in a way that supports your needs and connects to your studies and your career orientation.

At the end of your internship, you will be required to provide a letter of reference from your employer (Praktikumszeugnis) as well as a three-page reflection on your internship (please refer to the assignment within the Learnweb course). This reflection will be marked. The internship has to take place between October 1st, 2018 and September 30th, 2019.

Who can take part?

All those who are currently studying or doing their doctorate at the University of Münster or who passed their final examinations at the University of Münster during the past year.
