THE PHYSICAL REVIEW - Review Process & Publishing in an Open Access and Artificial Intelligence World

I'll briefly describe the structure of the different Physical Review Journals (with an emphasis on PRD, PRL, and OA Journals) and discuss the review and editorial processes of the Physical Review. Then I will discuss recent disruptions in science publishing by Open Access mandates and Artificial Intelligence. In particular, I will describe our recent initiative to welcome the astronomy and astrophysics community to our journals, led by the Astronomy and Astrophysics Topical Group.
