Joint Chapter Meeting of CAA Netherlands - Flanders and Germany

We are thrilled that this year the university will host the 13th joint chapter meeting of CAA Netherlands/Flanders and CAA Germany. The workshop is scheduled for September 17–18, 2026, and will be organized by Jan Miera from the Department of Early and Prehistoric Archaeology at Münster’s Historical Seminar. Our workshop will take place in lecture hall F2 of the Fürstenberg House (Domplatz 20–22, 48143 Münster).

  • Time for abstract revisions, 12–26 June
  • Preparation of the programme, 26–30 June

  • Membership in the CAA NL/FL/DE is not required to attend the workshop

The CAA conferences provides both students and researchers a relaxed, constructive environment to share ideas and connect with each other. Our discussions focus on the latest trends and challenges around computer applications and quantitative methods in archaeology.

The conference will be held in English—accents are of course welcome.
